How we handle information in Sushi Rush and on this website.

For questions or data requests, contact support@sushirush.info.
Game progress on your device
Your level progress, coins, helper inventory, game preferences, and reward history are saved locally on your device. The game does not upload this local save as a cloud backup. Apple’s device-backup settings may separately affect how app data is backed up or restored.
You can play without a Game Center purchase account. Free practice is available when lives run out.
Game Center and purchases
If you choose to connect a purchase account, Apple Game Center supplies a team-scoped player identifier and a signed identity proof. Our backend verifies the proof and associates a hashed identifier with a purchase-account ID. The raw identity proof is used for verification; the backend retains minimum hashed identity and anti-replay records rather than a Game Center profile.
The backend receives signed Apple transaction information, including product and transaction identifiers, purchase dates, account binding, and entitlement or refund status. It uses these records to verify purchases, deliver rewards once, restore eligible permanent purchases, and handle revocations.
Short-lived purchase access tokens are kept in the app’s memory, not in its saved progress. Apple handles your payment details and Game Center sign-in. We do not receive your Apple password, payment-card number, or bank details.
Optional rewarded advertising
Sushi Rush uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads. There are no forced interstitial ads. Ad requests disable personalization and Google’s publisher first-party ID. The game does not request Apple App Tracking Transparency permission.
Nonpersonalized advertising still involves data processing. Google’s Mobile Ads SDK may process your IP address and approximate location, app- or device-related identifiers, advertising impressions and interactions, crash information, and performance or diagnostic data to deliver and measure ads, limit repetition, and prevent fraud.
Google’s User Messaging Platform checks regional privacy requirements and manages relevant consent or opt-out choices. Consent may still be required for storage or other processing when ads are nonpersonalized. Open Sushi Shop → Boosters → Ad privacy choices to review the options available in your region. You can decline or skip an ad and continue playing.
Read Google’s privacy policy and how Google uses information for advertising for details about Google’s processing and controls.
Other optional features
The Allow usage analytics setting is off by default. If you enable it, the game sends limited play, shop, purchase-status and advertising-revenue events to our backend. Events include a timestamp, random installation, session and event identifiers, level or product identifiers, and relevant counts or amounts. They do not include your Game Center identity, purchase transaction identifiers, identity proofs, access tokens, email address, or an advertising identifier. The random installation identifier lets us measure return play within this game; it is not used for cross-app tracking.
Raw events may queue on your device while offline and are retained for up to 30 days on the device and server. Daily activity records are retained for up to 35 days. Compact installation and cohort records expire after 90 days without an upload, allowing us to measure return play after 1, 7 and 30 days. Turning analytics off clears queued events immediately and requests deletion of records linked to that installation when you next have a connection. A minimal random deletion record is retained for up to 90 days to prevent delayed uploads from recreating deleted events. Anonymous aggregate usage and advertising-revenue totals may remain after linked records are deleted. Enabling analytics again creates a new random installation identifier and measurement cohort. This setting is separate from the advertising SDK's technical processing described above.
If you enable reminders, the game uses iOS notification permission to schedule reminders on your device. You can change notification permission in iPhone Settings.
Website forms and support
If you sign up for launch updates, we receive the email address you provide and use it to send Sushi Rush updates. If you use our support form, we receive your name, email address, selected topic, and message. If you email support, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use support information to respond, investigate problems, and handle account or privacy requests.
This website is hosted on Netlify, which also processes website form submissions. Network requests may generate technical logs, such as IP addresses, request times, and error information, for security and reliability. This website does not include analytics scripts or advertising tags.
Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or verification codes. You can contact support@sushirush.info to ask us to stop sending launch updates or to request deletion of a website form submission.
Service providers
Apple provides Game Center, StoreKit, and App Store payment services. Google provides AdMob and the User Messaging Platform. Our purchase backend uses hosting and database providers to operate these services.
Providers may process information outside your country. Their processing is also described in their privacy policies, including Apple’s privacy policy, Vercel’s privacy policy, and Netlify’s privacy policy.
Retention and deletion
Local saves remain on your device until they are cleared or the app is removed, subject to Apple’s backup and restore settings. Support correspondence, website form submissions, and technical logs are kept as needed to handle requests, provide requested updates, maintain security, and meet applicable obligations.
To delete your purchase account, connect it and open Sushi Shop → Wallet → Delete purchase account, then confirm. This revokes active purchase sessions and removes account information that can be erased. Minimum hashed identity links, transaction and entitlement records, and security or anti-replay records remain where needed for purchase restoration, duplicate-reward prevention, fraud controls, and applicable legal obligations.
Purchase-account deletion does not delete your Apple Game Center account, Apple purchase history, or local game progress. You may contact support@sushirush.info to request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold. We may verify account ownership before acting.
Age and policy updates
Sushi Rush is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact support so we can investigate and address it.
We may update this policy when the game or its data practices change. The date above shows the latest version.
