Where is my game progress saved?

Level progress, coins, helpers, and preferences are saved on your device. Sushi Rush does not upload the local save as a cloud backup. Apple’s device-backup settings may separately affect backup and restoration.

If something looks wrong, contact us with your iPhone model, iOS version, game version, and a description of what happened.

What should I do about a missing purchase?

Reopen the game with an internet connection and connect the same Game Center account used for the purchase. Let the game finish checking the transaction before trying to buy it again.

Use Restore purchases in Sushi Shop for eligible permanent purchases. Coins or helpers that have already been consumed are not automatically restored. Include Apple’s transaction reference when contacting support, if available. Apple handles payments and refund requests.

Why is an optional rewarded ad unavailable?

Availability depends on your connection, region, privacy choices, and daily reward limits. You can continue playing if an ad is unavailable or you skip it. Free practice remains available when lives run out.

A reward is added after the advertising SDK confirms it was earned. Let us know if you completed an ad and did not receive its promised reward.

How do I manage ad privacy choices?

Open Sushi Shop → Boosters → Ad privacy choices. Available options depend on your region. The optional local usage analytics setting is separate and lives in Sushi Shop → Wallet → Allow anonymous usage analytics.

How do I delete my purchase account?

Connect the purchase account, open Sushi Shop → Wallet → Delete purchase account, and confirm Delete account. You can cancel before confirming.

This revokes purchase-account sessions. Local progress and coins remain, and it does not delete your Apple Game Center account or Apple purchase history. Limited purchase and security records are retained for restoration, duplicate-reward prevention, and applicable obligations. See the privacy policy for details, or contact support for help with your data.
